The short version: We collect your name, phone number, email and session interest when you join our waitlist. We use that information only to contact you about Ringrise sessions. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who We Are
Ringrise is a boxing brand based in Stratford, East London. For the purposes of data protection law, Ringrise is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

What Data We Collect
When you submit the waitlist form on our website, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- What you're interested in (e.g. Adult Boxing, Youth Programme, 1-1 Coaching)
We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any data from minors under 13. For the Youth Programme, a parent or guardian must complete the form on behalf of anyone under 18.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide to:
- Notify you when sessions are open for booking
- Confirm your spot and share session details (location, time, pricing)
- Send you updates relevant to Ringrise — including schedule changes, new programmes, and offers
We will only contact you about Ringrise. We will not use your data for any unrelated purpose.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to fulfil your request to be added to our waitlist and contacted about sessions you have expressed an interest in. By submitting the form, you consent to us contacting you for these purposes.
How Your Data Is Stored
Waitlist submissions are processed via FormSubmit.co, a third-party form handling service, and delivered directly to our email inbox. Your data is stored within our email account and is not held in any external database or CRM.

Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is seen only by the Ringrise team and is used solely to contact you about sessions.
The only third-party service involved in data handling is FormSubmit.co (form delivery), as described above.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We will retain your information for as long as you remain interested in Ringrise sessions, or until you ask us to remove it. If we have not been in contact for 12 months and sessions have not launched, we will delete your data.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances
