Refund Policy

The short version: Cancel more than 24 hours before your session and you'll get a full credit. Cancel within 24 hours or don't show up — no refund. Memberships are non-refundable once the billing period starts. If we cancel on you, you'll always get a full refund.

Session Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works for each session type:

To cancel a session, contact us as early as possible by email at ringrise.co@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 07379 193 626.

Monthly Membership

Monthly memberships run on a rolling calendar-month basis and are non-refundable once the billing period has started. This includes partial months — if you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the period but will not receive a pro-rated refund.

To cancel your membership before the next billing date, contact us at least 7 days before renewal. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances

We deal with things on a case-by-case basis. If something serious comes up — illness, injury, or an emergency — get in touch and we'll do our best to find a fair solution. We're a small, community-focused brand and we're not here to take your money if life gets in the way.

If We Cancel

If Ringrise cancels or reschedules a session, you will receive:

We will notify you as soon as possible by phone, email, or WhatsApp if a session is cancelled on our end.

How Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We will confirm when the refund has been issued.
